Josh is a senior associate in the Private Wealth group. Josh is based in Dubai having previously been based in London.
He advises on a wide range of private client matters, including UK tax planning, UK tax enquiries, succession and estate planning, private family companies, DIFC and ADGM foundations, DIFC/ ADGM and international trusts, and family office structuring.
He advises high-net-worth individuals and their families. He also advises fiduciaries and family offices. Josh has particular expertise in advising clients from, or with connections to, the Middle East. He has developed a strong practice in the region advising clients on local and international asset holding structures, UK tax planning on relocation to and from the region and on structuring the acquisition of UK and UAE real estate, alongside various other Private Wealth advice matters.
