Daisy is a counsel within our Intellectual Property team. She specialises in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on (cross-border) patent litigation before both the national courts as well as the Unified Patent Court. Daisy also has significant experience acting in civil commercial disputes and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
She represents clients in the TMT sector, as well as the life sciences industry, including cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
Prior to joining Taylor Wessing in 2025, she worked at an international law firm specialised in IP for over 6 years, where she also gained in-house experience during a client secondment.
Daisy is a Chapter Leader of the Dutch Chapter of ChIPS Network, an organisation advancing and connecting women in technology and intellectual property law and policy. She also is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
