Interactive webinar on the Senior Managers and Certification Regime

Please join us for an interactive webinar on the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR).

With the help of a number of case studies, we will discuss how firms should approach the following aspects of the SMCR, which must be undertaken by solo-regulated firms by 31 March 2021: 

• Assessing the fitness and propriety of Certified Persons 
• Carrying out Conduct Rules training for staff 
• Submitting information about Directory Persons to the Register

We will also consider issues arising out of the lockdown, such as how these processes are best managed remotely.
