Laurence Ren holds a doctorate in banking law and is a member of the Paris, Beijing, and New York Bar Associations. She practices French and international business law and has extensive experience in Chinese investment flows in France.
She assists Chinese clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, international mobility, and litigation related to these transactions.
Laurence also provides general legal advice to Chinese companies established in France, coordinating with the firm's other departments, particularly on matters relating to labor law, tax law, banking law, and intellectual property.
