Justyna Ostrowska
Justyna specialises in intellectual property and regulatory matters. She regularly advises innovative clients in the life sciences and technology industries on patent and know-how licensing, R&D and collaboration agreements, as well as regulation of medical devices (including healthtech) and pharmaceuticals. She can also assist clients with patent and licensing disputes.
Thanks to her in-house experience, Justyna is able to provide practical and easily actionable advice. She also has great insight into the life sciences industry, developed through her personal experience of scientific research and a six-month secondment at a large pharmaceutical company.
