Justyna specialises in intellectual property and regulatory matters. She regularly advises innovative clients in the life sciences and technology industries on patent and know-how licensing, R&D and collaboration agreements, as well as regulation of medical devices (including healthtech) and pharmaceuticals. She can also assist clients with patent and licensing disputes.
Thanks to her in-house experience, Justyna is able to provide practical and easily actionable advice.
