Damit focuses on a broad range of financing matters, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending. He assists clients with reviewing, drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and effectively.
He has experience working on multi-jurisdictional deals and understands the importance of managing cross-border complexities. Clients value his commitment to clear communication and timely delivery in high-pressure environments.
Before joining Taylor Wessing, Damit gained experience through internships at leading international law firms, building a strong foundation in corporate and finance law.
