Daniël is an associate of the Corporate / M&A & capital markets practice group. He advises clients on all matters related to corporate law and M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions.

He acts for clients across a broad range of sectors but has a particular focus on the technology, energy and life sciences industries. In addition to traditional deals, Daniël is active in emerging markets and involved in areas such as AI and Fintech.
