Dannie is Of Counsel in our Dublin office. He specialises in advising domestic and international clients across both public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital raisings, restructuring, and corporate governance issues.
Dannie has extensive experience advising across the corporate lifecycle, and has a particular expertise in leading cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams on complex transactional matters. Dannie has spent time working as a senior associate in a leading Australian law firm in Sydney and also as senior legal counsel leading on M&A and treasury functions in the world's largest sports betting and gaming operator.
In addition to this M&A and advisory work, Dannie plays a key role in leading Taylor Wessing's pan-European Tier 1 venture and growth equity practice from the Dublin office.
