Advising Sherweb on its acquisition of MicroWarehouse

We've advised Sherweb, a leading global cloud solutions provider, on its acquisition of MicroWarehouse, a prominent player in the Irish cloud technology market.

The two organisations will combine their strengths to deliver cutting-edge solutions for managed service providers, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity, business continuity and AI, which are a key focus for Sherweb.
