Claire Desjardins

Claire is Counsel in the Public Law - Projects department at Taylor Wessing France.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2015, Claire specialises in public business law, particularly in the area of public procurement and administrative contracts (public contracts, concessions and public-private partnerships). She advises private companies and public entities on both the award and performance of such contracts, providing advisory and litigation services.

Claire has also acquired specific expertise in energy law, particularly in the field of renewable energies, covering both regulatory and contractual aspects.
