Mohammed’s practice focusses on advising on foreign direct investment, corporate structuring and restructuring, commercial advisory and employment matters. He also advises on M&A and Joint Venture transactions and regularly advises clients on their operations and activities in the UAE and across other jurisdictions within the GCC.

Mohammed has been based in the UAE over the past 4 years and has been practicing within the GCC over the past 10 years.
