Olivia is an associate in our Construction and Engineering team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.

Olivia advises on all aspects of construction documentation including building contracts, consultant appointments, novation agreements, collateral warranties, third party rights, and security documentation including guarantees and performance bonds. Olivia works with a variety of clients including developers, employers, contractors, and financial institutions across a variety of sectors and provides construction input into broader real estate and real estate finance transaction.
