David is a Senior Counsel in the Real Estate & Construction group. He advises clients on construction and infrastructure related disputes, including through adjudication, arbitration, litigation and negotiation.
He frequently advises developers, contractors and other actors in the UK and international real estate, energy and infrastructure sector as well as UHNW individuals. David has particular experience advising on distressed projects, developing settlement and recovery strategies, working with insolvency practitioners, scoping and budgeting complex disputes and positioning construction claims for litigation funding. He also has experience in building safety matters, including in the context of a major public inquiry.
