Jerry Parks

Jerry is Head of the Real Estate team in Dubai.

His corporate and real estate clients describe him as a highly experienced advisor with an excellent reputation in the region.

Jerry has practised in Dubai since 1997. He acts for a variety of real estate industry players including developers, investors, brokers and finance companies. Jerry advises his clients on real estate sales and acquisitions, portfolio restructures, contractual disputes and hospitality. He has particular expertise in high end residential acquisitions and disposals, acting for high and ultra-net worth clients from around the world.

Jerry is well known for his work not only with high net worth investors but also with high profile clients from the worlds of business, sport and entertainment. 

Outside law, he is a keen padel tennis player, golfer, racquetball player, stand up paddle boarder and also finds the time to play guitar in local band The Tap Room Monkeys.
