Leonardo is a counsel in the Dispute Resolution department in Paris.
Leonardo focuses on complex litigations and disputes.
French and Italian native, he assists French and foreign company in commercial disputes and corporate related litigations. He also represents IT, cyber and network players in their technical and commercial disputes.
Leonardo also possesses strong expertise in criminal and white-collar disputes, assisting clients during all the stages of the proceedings. He assists and defends clients in cases involving cybercrime, data theft, and crypto-assets.
Leonardo joined the Taylor Wessing Dispute Resolution team in 2019, after several work experiences in French and international law firms and companies which specialize in commercial and business litigation. He was promoted to Counsel in 2023.
