Natalia acts on a broad range of heavyweight international disputes, including commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration, fraud and mediation. She has a particular interest in art law.
As a fluent Russian speaker, Natalia has extensive experience in disputes involving Russia and the CIS. Natalia's previous career in law enforcement informs her approach to fraud litigation and internal and external investigations.
Worked on an ICC arbitration of a complex infrastructure construction dispute, representing the State of Ukraine.
Advised a major art gallery on ways to update their standard contractual documentation.
Acted for the insurers in a claim against major auction house arising out of an historic insurance claim.
