We advised The Roald Dahl Story Company and its shareholders on the sale of the business to streaming giant Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq:NFLX)
The Roald Dahl Story Company is the international entertainment business managing the rights to Roald Dahl's iconic characters and stories including Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, The BFG and James and the Giant Peach.
Together, Netflix and The Roald Dahl Story Company will bring Roald Dahl’s portfolio of globally recognised characters and stories to life through films, series and children's shows.
