Pharma Forum is back and this year our flagship event has a special focus on patents. Join us at the Royal College of Physicians for an afternoon exploring the most recent as well as future legal changes to patent issues faced by pharmaceuticals and biologics companies operating in the UK and EU.
2023 marks a significant year for patents holders following the long-anticipated opening of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) in June. With this, our leading international Patents team will present a thorough update on the first three months since the court launched, looking at the patterns we've seen emerge to date and what implications this will have for patent litigation in the UK and EU.
We'll also provide an update on the EU pharmaceutical legislation reform, highlighting the key considerations pharmaceuticals and biologics companies need to know.
