2023 marks a significant year for patents holders following the long-anticipated opening of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) in June. With this, our leading international Patents team will present a thorough update on the first three months since the court launched, looking at the patterns we've seen emerge to date and what implications this will have for patent litigation in the UK and EU.
We'll also provide an update on the EU pharmaceutical legislation reform, highlighting the key considerations pharmaceuticals and biologics companies need to know.
