Struan is an associate in the Financial Services Regulatory group, advising financial services institutions and non-financial institutions across a broad range of financial services regulatory matters.

Struan advises clients on FSMA regulated activities, financial promotions, cryptoassets, payment services and e-money issuance, and the regulatory perimeter.

Struan has experience in advising on multiple structured finance products including derivatives, carbon credits, securitisations and CLO transactions.
