Private Equity team ends 2020 strong with eight closed deals

Our Private Equity team completed eight deals in December 2020, demonstrating their mid-market buyout and M&A deal expertise in tight deal timetables across their core sectors of tech and life sciences.

Highlights of the end of 2020 include:

• advising Zoopla-owned Hometrack on the acquisition of the mortgage automation arm of EDM group
• advising Tivoli Group on its acquisition of Sodexo Horticultural Services
• advising global leading IoT connectivity platform provider Wireless Logic, backed by Montagu Private Equity, on its acquisition of Arkessa from ECI and individual sellers
• the sale of specialist medical communications group, Nucleus Global, to international healthcare and communications group Huntsworth
• advising Rockpool Investments on the management buyout of Cambridge Maintenance Services, a leading provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services in the UK.
