Advising Tivoli Group on its acquisition of Sodexo Horticultural Services

We have advised Tivoli Group on its acquisition of Sodexo Horticultural Services. Completion is set for 31 January 2020.

Tivoli Group is an independent grounds maintenance specialist, with a national presence across the UK.

This transaction drew on the expertise offered by the firm’s private equity, banking & finance, employment, real estate, pensions, and tax teams.

Commenting on the deal, private equity partner James Goold said: "We have a long-standing relationship with Tivoli Group, having advised on the company's acquisition of ISS's landscaping division in 2018.
