Taylor Wessing advised Banque des Territoires on a €30 million financing granted to E-Totem Infrastructures 2, the electric vehicle charging platform owned by Conquest. The transaction, structured as a mezzanine loan, comes amid strong growth in electric mobility and an increasing need for resilient, high-performance infrastructure across France.

This financing, in addition to the equity already raised by Conquest, will enable E-Totem Infrastructures 2 to accelerate the deployment of more than 4,000 charging points by 2027, particularly in cities and metropolitan areas such as Biarritz, Montpellier, and Nantes. The platform aims to provide a high-performance, reliable nationwide network serving local authorities and private sector stakeholders in order to support the energy transition and strengthen France’s energy sovereignty.
