As of 1 January, Margot van Gerwen takes the next step as Partner at Taylor Wessing, following an impressive trajectory within the firm.
Margot is a core member of our Intellectual Property practice with a strong focus on life sciences regulatory and advises and litigates for high-profile clients in copyright, trademarks and design cases. She is known for her strategic mindset, her practical approach, and her ability to translate complex legal challenges into clear, business-focused solutions in fast-moving environments.
In 2024, Margot’s impact was recognised internationally when she received the Managing IP Award for Rising Star of the Year – The Netherlands.
