Taylor Wessing advised MLP Group on the next bond issue

The Warsaw team advised MLP Group S.A., one of the leading developers of logistics and production space, in connection with the public offering of bonds for EUR 15 million and their introduction to trading on the alternative Catalyst market in the same listing as the series C bonds previously issued by MLP Group S.A. are listed.

Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive advice to the issuer. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, transactional documentation was prepared using modern technologies and means of distance communication.

The transaction was led by Dr. Jakub Pitera, partner, supported by Patrycja Sojka (Associate). Strategic supervision over the issue was exercised by Andrzej Mikosz, partner who co-manages the Warsaw practice of Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets.
