Providing legal advice to marine conservation charity

We've advised the marine conservation charity, Surfers Against Sewage, with the drafting of precedent sponsorship agreements and legal contracts.

Based in Cornwall, Surfers Against Sewage is a community dedicated to the protection of oceans, waves, beaches and wildlife, tackling plastic pollution and protecting the UK coastlines.

We supported the charity in reviewing and drafting its legal materials, specifically around sponsorship agreements, to ensure they are legally protected in their mission. 

Commenting on the project, partner Ronald Graham said: "This opportunity came to us thanks to our new associate Jonny, who is a keen surfer and who connected us with Surfers Against Sewage. Our advice has future proofed the charity and will allow them to continue their vital work.
