The realisation of investment and construction projects today brings new challenges for all parties involved. The workshop, organised by MMC Polska and held online, is an interdisciplinary discussion forum for those involved in the investment process, bringing together lawyers, investors, main contractors and subcontractors.
As part of the seminar, Partner Grażyna Kuźma will hold a webinar on safeguarding the interests of the parties to a construction contract in the event of a sharp increase in material prices.
