Event description:
AIJA’s 64th International Young Lawyers’ Congress will take place in Vienna, bringing together legal professionals from across the globe under the theme “Lawyers in Concert: Connecting, Creating, and Committing to Service”. Inspired by Vienna’s rich cultural and intellectual heritage, the congress will explore how collaboration, creativity and service continue to shape the modern legal profession.
Through a programme of academic sessions, workshops and networking opportunities, participants will discuss some of the most pressing developments affecting today’s legal landscape, including the growing role of technology and AI, evolving client expectations and the importance of international cooperation in an increasingly connected world.
The congress aims to create a platform for meaningful exchange between legal professionals from different jurisdictions and practice areas, while also reflecting on the broader responsibility of lawyers to support innovation, uphold the rule of law and contribute positively to society.
