Giorgia is a member of the Practice Area Commercial Agreements and Distribution, and a double qualified Attorney in Germany and Italy. She advises domestic and multinational companies on commercial and distribution matters throughout the supply chain. She has broad experience with e-commerce, sales representatives, agents and franchise systems, as well as product safety and product liability. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts and representation in disputes, both under a civil law and a EU competition law perspective.
