We've raised the bar with Outpace, a new digital legal solution for start-ups

We've launched a new digital platform to support the legal needs of emerging companies. Outpace, developed by our Strategic Digital Ventures team in consultation with founders and investors, breaks new ground by offering the ease and efficiency of a digital platform, powered by our global legal expertise – all at a highly competitive price point. 

The initial release of Outpace provides streamlined legal workflows for priced funding rounds and convertibles, advanced cap tables, secure data storage, and Companies House filing. In the pipeline are data privacy and GDPR compliance, annual compliance, and IP tracking.

Outpace is also beneficial for investors, creating visibility of the progress of investments over time, creating a suite of management tools for venture builders, accelerators and TTOs to manage onboarding and engagement, and, of course, improve the probability that their portfolio companies will succeed.
