Taylor Wessing provided advice in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Centrum Franowo in Poznań

Taylor Wessing advised Opal CF sp. z o.o. in connection with the financing provided by mBank S.A. for the acquisition of the Centrum Franowo shopping centre in Poznań.

Taylor Wessing's advice included negotiation of the loan agreement together with a collateral package.

The transaction was led by Zbigniew Korba, Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance team in Poland, supported by Counsel Antoni Goraj and Senior Associates: Marta Dzieciuch and Magdalena Jaczewska-Żurek.

Centrum Franowo covers more than 15,000 sq m of retail and office space in Poznań and houses 26 shops offering clothing, footwear, accessories, cosmetics, sporting goods and home furnishings.
