Advising Monzo on its £60m fundraising

We have advised Monzo Bank on its £60m fundraising.

The round includes investments from new investors Novator, Ted Global and Kaiser, along with existing investor Goodwater.

This is the second fundraising we have advised Monzo on this year.

The deal required expertise drawn from across the firm's corporate technology and financial services regulatory teams.

Commenting on the deal, corporate technology partner Angus Miln said: "We have a long-standing relationship with Monzo, having advised on the company's first funding in 2015. We have witnessed first-hand their extraordinary pace of development as they continue to revolutionise the banking sector."
