Nick Warr named Private Client Lawyer of the Year at WealthBriefing European Awards 2019

Nick Warr, partner and head of Taylor Wessing's International Private wealth group, has been named as Private client Lawyer of the Year at the WealthBriefing European Awards 2019.

The awards recognise top providers in the global private banking, wealth management and trusted advisor communities, as well as companies, teams and individuals that have demonstrated excellence over the past year.

Nick has led Taylor Wessing’s International Private wealth group for six years and under his leadership, it has gone on to be recognised as a market leader and one of the very few international firms able to offer a fully-integrated legal service for the Private wealth community.

Nick specialises in advising international high net worth individuals and families with regards to their fiscal and succession planning requirements. He has particular expertise in advising individuals from the finance industry on all aspects of their personal and corporate structuring and acts for a significant number of investment bankers, hedge fund managers and private equity principals from leading organisations and funds.

In addition to this latest accolade, Nick was also named the winner of Tax and Trusts Lawyer of the Year at Spear's Wealth Management Awards 2018. He has been described as 'superb and pragmatic' by The Legal 500 and by Chambers & Partners as 'encyclopaedic, charismatic and engaged'.

The awards took place on 11 April 2019 at Guildhall, City of London.
