Three lawyers named in eprivateclient's 'Top 35 Under 35' annual rankings

Taylor Wessing today announces that three of our Private client lawyers, Alexander Erskine, Kate Silbermann and Rob Gibson, have been recognised in eprivateclient’s annual 'Top 35 Under 35' ranking. The ranking is designed to identify, recognise, promote and introduce the rising stars of the Private client practitioner community.

Alexander is a Senior Counsel within the Private client group, advising private individuals in relation to their UK tax affairs and succession planning. This is the second time he has been listed in the Top 35 under 35.

Kate, a Senior Associate within the Contentious Trusts and Estates team, has extensive litigation experience acting for trustees and beneficiaries in England, Jersey and other offshore jurisdictions. She has taken a lead role in a number of high profile matters including a recent precedent setting insolvent trust case. Kate also has specialist fraud, asset tracing and recovery expertise.

Rob is also a Senior Associate within the Contentious Trusts and Estates team and has a particular focus on fraud and trusts litigation in the context of art disputes and other trophy assets. He recently returned from a client secondment in Hong Kong.

Alexander is recommended for his cross-border tax and succession planning expertise, alongside his focus on tax compliance and confidentiality; Rob is commended for his strong client focus across Asia and Kate is noted for her combination of efficiency, organisation and technical ability.
