AI in focus: a disputes and investigations series

As AI continues to develop at a rapid pace, it raises novel issues in many areas, including the law. In this 'AI in focus' series we take a look at some of the topical matters of interest for both clients and practitioners in a disputes context. We examine how AI could assist with the efficacy of some of the common legal processes in litigation, how it raises new points to consider around established legal concepts including privilege and how it could help the prediction of case outcomes. We also look at the impact our senior judges see AI having on the evolution of our justice system more generally and how this might develop.
