The Age Appropriate Design Code (AADC) is on the verge of parliamentary approval. It contains guidance on standards of age-appropriate design for information society services likely to be accessed by children, not just those targeted at them. We'll be discussing what this means for online businesses and looking at some of the compliance challenges they will need to resolve during the 12 month implementation period.
