The Summit is the first dedicated Branded Residence event of its type in London and will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest trends in Branded Residences and hear directly from experts including Riyan Itani, the leading consultant in the sector. The event kicks off with Market Pulse where Riyan will walk us through the latest market data followed by two panel discussions; Trends and Insights: looking at the current direction of the sector, shifts in demand, brand strategy and market dynamics with input from Four Seasons, Accor and Hilton and Net Profit Margin: a deep dive on the actual net returns of branded vs unbranded.
