At Taylor Wessing we are always looking for the best talent, we are committed to making a valuable contribution to society and we embrace diversity. These core values are also integrated in our selection process; the first selection is fully anonymous.

Please anonymize your documents, in particular name, dates, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, address and marital status. While we do need your email address and telephone number to be able to contact you, this data will be hidden during the selection process.
One of our employees who is not involved in the selection process will check whether your application is fully anonymous and will make any changes necessary.
We will contact you if you are selected for an interview and at that point we will ask you to submit your detailed resume. We will also let you know if you have not been selected.
