Timo Stellpflug

Timo heads up the Aerospace & Defence industry group. His main areas of expertise are commercial and contract law, dealing with international technology-based projects in industrial plant engineering and construction and information technology as well as advising on digitalisation projects.

Timo’s legal advice covers the entire project life cycle: from drafting and negotiating the relevant contracts to implementation and execution, including the warranty phase. Besides the industrial sector Aerospace & Defence, a major focus pertains to complex logistics projects. In this respect, Timo provides both plant construction law expertise in the field of logistics and supply chain as well as experience in logistics law; among other things, he has supported and negotiated fully automated warehouses in the Middle East and Europe as well as cross-dock and complex contract logistics agreements across Europe.

He gained experience from the corporate perspective in the United States during a client secondment to a large US S&P 500 industrial company, which also intensified his sector and industry knowledge. Timo also has expertise in advising contracting authorities on large-volume procurement projects and represents his clients both in and out of court.
