Niels Heim is a member of the Real Estate Practice Area and advises national and international clients on all aspects of commercial real estate law.

His focus of expertise is the comprehensive legal advice for all phases of real estate project developments, in particular the development of residential and commercial urban quarters as well as logistics and industrial properties. In addition, he advises on real estate transactions, in particular the acquisition and sale of project developments.

Another focus of his work is the legal asset management, including the drafting and ongoing advice on model contracts.

Taylor Wessing advises GARBE on sale of eight logistics centers to Union Investment

International law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Hamburg partner Anja Fenge and Hamburg partner Bernhard Kloft, provided comprehensive legal advice to GARBE Industrial Real Estate on the sale of eight logistics centers to Union Investment. The portfolio consists of six development projects and two existing buildings with a total area of 218,144 square meters. The purchases are being made for two new pan-European logistics special funds launched by Union Investment together with GARBE Industrial Real Estate.
