Daniel Graske advises national and international clients on real estate law, with a focus on real estate transactions, project and urban district development and commercial tenancy law. He is co-head of our international sub-group Life Sciences & Tech Real Estate. As a member of Taylor Wessing's Israel Group, he frequently assists Israeli investors with investments in the German real estate market.
He combines his legal expertise with almost 10 years of practical experience in advising on the acquisition, sale and development of real estate and urban districts. Whether it is the project development of laboratory complexes or wooden skyscrapers or the implementation of complicated inner-city district solutions – Daniel Graske knows and finds ways to realise his clients' goals in complex real estate projects.
Daniel Graske studied law with additional training in economics in Osnabrueck and Lausanne and earned his doctorate at the University of Osnabrueck. After his legal clerkship in Hamburg and Berlin, he worked as a research assistant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining Taylor Wessing as lawyer.

Comprehensive legal advice to the US company Rhinestahl Corporation on all aspects of the acquisition of HYDRO Systems KG, including structuring, due diligence and contractual documentation. The acquisition led to the formation of RH Aero Systems, a company specialising in innovative aviation support concepts.

Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) on the purchase of the "NUBIS" office complex in the Adlershof Science and Technology Park in Berlin, some of which is still under construction. The international real estate investment firm Savills IM has acquired the properties for its Savills IM European Commercial Fund (ECF). The transaction is part of an asset deal with Project Immobilien Gewerbe AG. The ensemble consists of three independent multi-tenant buildings with modern and flexible office space. A total of around 17,200 square metres of lettable space are spread across five to six floors. Each house has its own underground car park with a total of 86 parking spaces. The first building has already been completed and occupied by the tenants. The other two properties will be transferred to the Fund's portfolio when it is successively completed in the first half of 2019. In total, long-term leases have already been signed for more than 90 percent of the space. The main tenants are VBU Verkehrsbau Union Berlin GmbH (Eurovia) and TECHEM Energy Services GmbH.
