David's practice focuses on technology-based projects, contracts and transactions. Furthermore, he advises on national and international projects in the area of industrial plant construction, renewable energy and infrastructure. In his practice he advises on the entire project life cycle including the negotiation of project contracts and the implementation of projects.

David has particular experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, contracts for the procurement and sale of software and IT services, and international contracts and transactions.
