Jana is a member of our Practice Area Projects, Energy & Infrastructure. She advises national and international clients on projects in the area of industrial plant construction, renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Germany and abroad.
Her particular focus is on contract drafting and contract negotiation of project agreements (in particular plant construction, supply and service agreements, EPC and EPCM contracts) as well as project implementation at all stages. In addition, Jana Berberich supports and represents her clients in disputes both in and out of court.
