Comprehensive legal advice to Berlin Energie Rekom 3 on the billion-euro financing of the acquisition of Vattenfall Wärme Berlin AG by Investitionsbank Berlin, which enables the investment in the largest district heating network in Western Europe. The newly founded state-owned company BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme AG (BEW) contributes significantly to securing Berlin's long-term energy supply.
