Dieter is a specialist lawyer for administrative law with a decade-long focus on complex projects, for which he acts as one face to his clients between administrative authorities and courts. He takes great pleasure in working with cross-functional teams. Dieter focuses his practice on advising clients on all matters relating to project development of real estate and industrial facilities under public law.
He provides companies with required permissions and authorisations and ensures their compliance under administrative law. He solves both regulatory problems relating to, inter alia, environmental law and product law such as REACH and resolves conflicts. In addition, Dieter also represents his clients in legal disputes before the highest German and European courts. He advises his clients on both national and cross-border transactions and is well versed with the requirements of the building industry, the property sector and the chemicals, pharmaceutical, and energy industry. His practice also includes providing high-end regulatory advice to supervisory authorities. As a passionate lawyer for European Community law, Dieter also passes on his knowledge and experience in this legal area to international students.

CEE Group acquired the only "onshore wind+storage" project in Germany to date from juwi including a PPA contract with MVV Trading GmbH. juwi was awarded the contract for this innovative project in the first nationwide innovation tender by the German Federal Network Agency in September 2020. The electricity is reimbursed with a fixed market bonus as well as with a so-called Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that juwi developed jointly with MVV Trading GmbH. Hamburg-based CEE Group has acquired project and PPA.

Press releaseSavills Investment Management (Savills IM) on the purchase of the "NUBIS" office complex in the Adlershof Science and Technology Park in Berlin, some of which is still under construction. The international real estate investment firm Savills IM has acquired the properties for its Savills IM European Commercial Fund (ECF). The transaction is part of an asset deal with Project Immobilien Gewerbe AG. The ensemble consists of three independent multi-tenant buildings with modern and flexible office space. A total of around 17,200 square metres of lettable space are spread across five to six floors. Each house has its own underground car park with a total of 86 parking spaces. The first building has already been completed and occupied by the tenants. The other two properties will be transferred to the Fund's portfolio when it is successively completed in the first half of 2019. In total, long-term leases have already been signed for more than 90 percent of the space. The main tenants are VBU Verkehrsbau Union Berlin GmbH (Eurovia) and TECHEM Energy Services GmbH.
