Clara specializes in the field of litigation both before state courts and, in particular, before arbitration tribunals. She offers particular expertise in international commercial, sales and distribution law. She also advises clients on product liability and product safety issues.
Clara studied law in Heidelberg and Münster. After her first state examination, she moved to New York City, where she completed her LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution (magna cum laude). In New York, she worked at UNDP in arbitration law and dispute resolution. She completed her legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, where she worked in the disputes department of a major European law firm and a law firm in Cape Town, South Africa, also specializing in litigation.
