A special-purpose company of the Hammer family has acquired the property at Frankfurter Ring 227 from automotive supplier Sona. The project is financed by Bayern LB. The property will be used for a few more years by the former owner in order to accommodate production and administration. Afterwards, Hammer Group will redevelop and upgrade it in coordination with the state capital Munich. New buildings are planned for various uses, adapted to the increasing demand.
