Janina heads the Projects & Infrastructure practice group. She advises national and international clients on infrastructure projects and large-scale industrial plant construction projects in Germany and abroad over their entire life cycle.

Whether offshore wind farms, solar parks, battery energy storage systems (BESS), gas-fired power plants (CCGT), hydrogen or CCS/CCU projects, or production facilities in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, she negotiates project agreements on behalf of her clients (in particular plant construction, supply and service contracts, EPC and EPCM contracts, including (inter)national standard forms such as FIDIC, NEC, LOGIC and VOB/B) and supports the execution of projects in claims and variation management during the construction phase and in operation. Where necessary, she enforces her clients’ rights in proceedings before state courts and in national and international arbitration (including under the rules of the ICC or DIS). She is highly regarded for her many years of experience, her particular industry knowledge in the energy, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, as well as for her pragmatic approach and negotiation skills.
