Kerstin is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Disputes & Investigations practice group. Her practice focuses on commercial law as well as civil procedural law. She advises and represents companies in complex national and international arbitration proceedings as well as in disputes before German courts. Kerstin's legal advice includes international commercial, sales and distribution law. In addition, she accompanies clients in questions of product liability and product safety, in which she advises on the marketability of products, recalls, defense against claims and all other related aspects.
