Kerstin is a member of the Disputes & Investigations practice group. She advises and represents companies in complex commercial disputes before German courts as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings. A particular focus of her practice is on disputes in the renewable energy sector, especially those involving wind and solar energy. In addition, she has many years of experience in conducting litigation in the field of nuclear law.
She also assists clients with issues related to product liability and product safety, advising on the marketability of products, recalls, the defense against claims, and all other related matters.
