Pr. Stéphane Braconnier

Stéphane Braconnier is Associate Professor in Public Law and président of Panthéon-Assas University (Paris 2).

Stéphane is consultant to the Public Law-Project Finance group of Taylor Wessing in Paris.

He has undisputed expertise in several fields of Public Economic Law : Public Procurement law, outsourcing of public activities, Public-Private Partnerships and concessions, Public competition law.

He is he author of several publications in the field of Public Law, including the « Précis de droit des marchés publics » (Le Moniteur, 5th Ed., 2017) and « Droit public de l’Economie » (PUF, 2nd Ed., 2017). Stephane Braconnier frequently moderates seminars and training sessions both in France and abroad. He is member of Council for Guidance and assessment of the French Institute for PPP (I.G.D), member of the French Anti-Doping Agency and member of Council for Ethics of the French National Olympic and Sport Committee. He's the director of the JurisClasseur and of the "Professional Practice" section of the journal Contrats et Marchés publics (LexisNexis).Stéphane Braconnier is President of Panthéon-Assas University (Paris 2).
